Al Noor’s Nadir Mahfoudh

Nadir Mohammed Mahfoudh together with Mohammed Marzouk are the founding members of Al Noor.

Nadir was born in 1963, and is married and blessed with 3 children, he is the current Director General of Al Noor and a business man. The sole proprietor of Zanzibar Transglobal Enterprises – a shipping clearing and forwarding company for the last 19 years, his other business interests include importation of cosmetic equipments, and a shopping bazaar in Dar-Es-Salaam.

Considered by many who know him to be trustworthy and a man of great integrity by his peers, his reputation proceeds him at all levels of the Zanzibar government. Nadir’s passion lies in sports and is the captain of Zanzibar’s squash club for the last 15 years. He's also a board member for International School of Zanzibar for the last 9 years, of which he has served as Deputy Chairman for the last 2 years.
